RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason your expectations are not met, simply return your purchase and we will gladly replace it or refund your money within 30 days of purchase. For orders placed between Thanksgiving Day and December 25th, we accept returns through January 31st. If the order has an error that is caused by us we will replace the incorrect item or refund the shipping cost. Please note that Sale and Clearance items are a final sale. Please contact customer service at info@zhenas.com or 800-448-0803 prior to returning product so that we can make certain your refund or replacement is correct.
