Zhena’s offers SmartPost, Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services, all provided by FedEx or USPS. For Alaska, Hawaii, military bases (APO & FPO), post office boxes and international addresses, will be shipped via USPS.

All orders received on a business day by 11am PST are typically shipped by the next business day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend or holidays are typically shipped out by the second business day. During peak periods such as before Christmas or Mother's Day, please allow 2–3 business days for your order to ship. Next Day orders ship the same business day if placed by 11am PST, otherwise they ship next business day.

Our warehouse is located in Commerce, California - just south of Los Angeles. Standard shipping for Zhena's products is through FedEx. Delivery times are dependent on the delivery service and vary depending on your geographical location and time of year. Most orders should arrive in the contiguous United States within 7–10 days. You may choose to expedite shipping by requesting Ground, Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery. All shipping charges are incorporated into your order total.

Notification of shipping will be sent via email once an order has shipped. This email will provide your shipment number, the order number, a purchase summary and a link to track the order. You can also check the status of an order by logging into your account.
